(MLS Only Participant)
Any REALTOR® of this or any other association who is a principal as sole proprietor, partner in a partnership such as an LLP or SP, corporate officer in a corporation, or branch manager acting on behalf of a principal (Branch Manager shall be the DR within the Association database), without further qualification, except as otherwise stipulated in these Bylaws, shall be eligible to be a “participant” and participate in multiple listing upon agreeing in writing to conform to the rules and regulations thereof and to pay the costs incidental thereto.
Application for participation in MLS shall be made in such manner and form as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors and made available to any REALTOR® principal of the Service or any other association requesting it. The application form shall contain a signed statement agreeing to abide by these Bylaws and any other applicable rules and regulations of the service as from time to time amended or adopted.
MLS Set-up Fees
MLS Participant Application Fee: $1,000
Login Set-up Fee: $50
*MLS Annual Service Fee: $600 (Invoiced in two installments)
*Service fees prorate on monthly basis. Please contact the Member Care Department to get the most up-to-date fee totals.
