CE: Working from your Strengths: Business Planning for the Real Estate Professional

Students will identify core strengths through a self-evaluation and will build a business plan that utilizes their strengths. They will identify goals in five areas of their real estate practice: listing & sales production, skills development, professional development (education and certifications), marketing and budgeting for expenses to achieve the desired business growth and income. Students will be provided with a business plan template that they will be able to expand and adapt after the class.
Student Requirements: Experienced licensees should bring their previous 12 month listing and sales reports, including customers and gross commission information as well as business expenses for this period. This information will be private and for the licensees’ own analysis and use.
