UPCOMING LIVE TRAININGS-April – MAY – June

The Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtor® is dedicated to providing quality educational programs for its membership.  According to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, continuing education courses are required for sales associates and brokers who desire to renew their licenses on an active status. Provisional sales associates have a separate and unique post-license requirement and they are not required to complete continuing education. Upon being issued a real estate license, a sales associate or broker associate is required to complete twenty-one (21) clock hours every three (3) years.  Licensees are required to take, each license term, at least six (6) clock hours consisting of six (6) core subjects and at least fifteen (15) clock hours consisting of elective subjects and/or any excess of required subjects to obtain the total of twenty-one (21) clock hours as per Rule 605:10-3-6(l).

OKCMAR has the right to cancel any course if attendance is low.  Additional classes can be added at any time.  You can stay on top of OKCMAR’s course offerings by checking our calendar frequently at www.okcmar.org.
