A listing is considered a duplicate listing if:
- It has been placed in the system more than once, not Released or sold
- It is entered in the system for both Lease and Sale
- It is entered in more than one listing category (Residential, Multi-Family, etc.)
Before listing, we recommend checking to ensure that the property has not been listed by another agent.
