An update made to the MLS’commercial listing process is expected to increase accuracy in statistics. Under each property’s financial information, the Available for Lease and Lease Type fields are now required. The fields were previously often left blank, making an impact on statistics.

OKCMAR Association Executive Helen Bozman said, “The change was made to improve the quality of commercial listings in the MLS system.”
