OREC released their latest set of forms on February 15th. These are available in the OREC and OKCMAR folders on Transaction Desk.
Judy Lindsay, member of the 2018 Contracts and Forms Committee is fond of the changes. “There are some fairly significant changes in the new contract. It helps with some problems and delays we have experienced, however it does throw more responsibility on the REALTOR® and therefore training is very important.”
