If you read NAR’s newsletter on Thursday the 21st, you may have seen OKCMAR mentioned in the Commercial Services Accreditation segment.  OKCMAR joined three other associations nationwide in achieving benchmarks in the accreditation!

The minimum to earn the accreditation is twenty required benchmarks.  Each benchmark earns the association at least one point. When an association meets the required benchmarks, it will be recognized with a One Star Commercial Services Accreditation Award. OKCMAR received a Two Star for exceeding the initial benchmarks by 10.  This is a great start in the growth of our commercial real estate program!
